At Rustic Sun, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Faulty Items


Refunds will only be provided for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


To be eligible for a refund:


  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.


Exchanges & Store Credit


If you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to offer:


  • Exchanges (subject to stock availability), or
  • Store credit.


Items must be:


  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges or store credit due to incorrect sizing.


Change of Mind


We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind purchases.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
